We appreciate the opportunity to care for your pet(s) and we’re eager to provide that care from a distance in order to ensure the health of our pet owners and our clinicians.
Are you located in a region of Alaska without reasonable access to veterinary care due to lack of a road system or a veterinarian is not located within a 5-mile radius?
Veterinary telemedicine in Alaska is new and restrictions prohibit us from providing certain services in cases when patients have not seen a veterinarian in over a year or are not physically able to be seen in our facility.
To better serve you, please contact us to request your appointment and a customer service representative will call you promptly to secure a convenient time in the schedule in the next two weeks.
We’ll collect a consultation fee today for your appointment in order to secure a spot in our schedule. Should we fail to find a time that accommodates your own schedule, we’ll refund 100% of the fee.
