Hana was born in Glennallen, Alaska. She and her family moved to Palmer 2 weeks later. She was raised there, graduating from Palmer High School in 1985.

After graduation, she attended the University of Alaska Anchorage for some time before pursuing a career as a Scheduling Coordinator for an orthodontic office. She spent over 21 years in this position loving the relationships she built with the patients and family members that came into the practice.

Hana began her career at Tier 1 Veterinary Medical Center in September of 2020 in Admin, where she works with accounts receivable and reconciling of the daily receipts. She is also Supervisor to the CSR team, utilizing her long history in customer service and patient/client care.

When Hana is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family. During the summer months, you will find her tending to her flowers or relaxing in the sun. She is the World’s Best Aunt to 7 nieces and nephews and 3 great nieces. She is also mom to Griffey, a sassy Norwegian Forest Cat.

Growing up on flying back and forth from Central America to the South of North America, Jocelyn was born in Florida and came with her family from Panama in 2017 in hopes of pursuing a better education, and the start of her future here in Alaska. Struggling through the cold weather, culture difference, and her wobbly English, Jocelyn graduated in 2020 from Mat-su Career Tech and stumbled upon Tier 1 fresh out of High School. 

When not at the clinic helping out clients and meeting a range of different pups at the front desk, Josie likes to spend her time eating fried corn cakes, ice skating, or digging into her culinary skills at home. 

A life-long local, Brittaney has lived in Alaska all of her life. For the last 4 years, Brittaney has dedicated her career to learning the versatility needed to work in the veterinary industry and perfecting her interpersonal communication skills.  Her passion has been for love, nurturing, and care for animals.  

Her diverse background as a pet owner, owning 11 animals exactly, has made her well suited for working in our specialty services wing.  Brittaney has extensive experience with animals ranging from all backgrounds and stages. 

In 1999, Ashley's husband transferred to Alaska during his service with the U.S. Army.  The Oldham family, including their two sons,  settled in the Mat-Su Valley.

Ashley began as a technician, advanced to the customer service representative path, and is now the Client Liaison.  Having an intuitive and empathetic nature that allows her to provide personalized assistance and customer service enhancements throughout the hospital.  Ashley strives to anticipate, identify, and understand customers' wants, needs, and concerns.  Ashley has proven herself to be invaluable to the client experience within the hospital, and you always find her at her personal best when visiting us.

When not at work, Ashley is an outdoor enthusiast who loves to spend time with her family and friends - oh, and we can't forget her 3 dogs and 3 cats.
