First Session

    This session is suited for Yogi's of all levels. Even if this is your first experience, all are welcome.

    This particular meditation may involve many giggles. Take a few moments and enjoy snapping a few photos as we bring the session to a close. Namaste! No really, stay a little while.

Cottonwood Creek Farm has generously provided baby goats for this session. A portion of the proceeds from the class will go to the continued healthy development of the farm animals at Cottonwood Creek Farm.

Tier 1 VMC is proud to provide this Baby Goat Yoga Class to our community members in our Rehabilitation and Conditioning Center.

Tier 1 VMC is an avid supporter of making happy, healthy decisions that aid in the mental well being of humans and animals alike.

PHYSICAL HEALTH | The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) have issued several reports as to how owning and interacting with a pet can increase your chances of surviving a heart attack by decreasing cholesterol and triglycerides.

MENTAL HEALTH | Owning a Pet and regularly interacting with animals has also aided in mental health, studies show. By lowering blood pressure, releasing serotonin and dopamine animals have been associated with combating depression and helping to promote positive, mental health.

MOVEMENT | At Tier 1 VMC, we emphasize active, healthy lifestyles of the wellbeing of pet owners and pets alike. We are proud to promote this type of activity whenever possible.

Your Instructor 


As a local company, we strive to create a culture of employees who bring the highest levels of compassion and professionalism to work every day.  But we do not stop there. We also want to employ the type of team members that believe in the willingness to be the changes we want to see in our community.

Jackie VanRavenswaay is one of our most beloved employees. Not only is she a Licensed Veterinary Technician and a Certified Yoga Instructor who has generougly oferred to host these classes at Tier 1 VMC voluntarily. We were overhwlemed by her generosity to do so and wanted to rally our support in this effort.
